This Privacy Policy explains how BuzzzMind (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use the Once habit tracker mobile application (the “App”). BuzzzMind is the data controller responsible for the processing described here. The short version: your habits are never sent to us or to anyone else.
Everything you enter in the App — habits, check-ins, streaks, reminders and settings — is stored on your device (and in your device backups, if you use iCloud or computer backups). The App has no accounts and no server of ours, and we never receive, see or store your habit data. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs in the App.
The App is free to use, with an optional one-time purchase, Once Unlimited. Payment is handled by Apple under Apple’s own privacy policy; we never see your payment details.
To confirm and restore your purchase, the App uses RevenueCat, Inc. (USA) as our service provider. When the App checks or restores your purchase, RevenueCat receives:
We use this only to unlock and restore Once Unlimited, to prevent fraud, and to see aggregate sales figures. It is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you across apps or websites. No habit data is ever sent to RevenueCat. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy.
For users in the EEA/UK, we process purchase data to perform our contract with you (providing Once Unlimited) and for our legitimate interest in preventing fraud.
You can delete your habit data at any time with You → Erase everything, or by deleting the App. Copies in your iCloud or device backups, or in backup files you exported, are controlled by you and are deleted through iOS or wherever you saved them.
RevenueCat keeps the purchase record for as long as needed to let you restore your purchase, and processes it under terms that require it to protect the data consistently with this Policy. You can ask us to delete it by emailing buzzz.mind@gmail.com. Your purchase itself stays with Apple, so Restore Purchases will still work afterwards.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). It collects no personal information beyond the purchase data described in section 2, which is used only to provide the purchase. Purchases are subject to Apple’s parental controls and Ask to Buy.
Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Because we hold no habit data, these requests concern only the purchase record in section 2. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us at buzzz.mind@gmail.com.
Your habit data is protected by iOS’s on-device encryption. We cannot guarantee the security of backup files once you export them. The App does not track you, so it does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.
RevenueCat processes purchase data in the United States. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses) for international data transfers.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, tell you in the App or in the App Store release notes.
